Q. I want to cancel my order (before it ships)

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped. Please contact us by email, phone, or via our contact form. Due to system limitations, customers are unable to cancel orders.

Q. I want to cancel my order (after it has been shipped)

Cancellations due to customer convenience are not permitted. If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product arrives damaged, we will refund you with free return shipping. Please contact us by email, phone, or our inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

Q. I want to change my payment method

Please note that you cannot change your payment method after payment has been completed.
