Shipping Costs

United States: Shipments to the United States is sent via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all customs duties and taxes are included in your order total, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Tracking All shipments include tracking numbers. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Returns, Defective Items & Cancellations If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After we confirm the product condition, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item.

Customs and Duties For shipments to the United States : All customs duties and taxes are included in your order total (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For all other destinations: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
